Warranty Details

The limited warranty provides that if within 90 days from the date of your Hale Appliance Services in-home repair your appliance fails to operate for reasons related to the original repair service when used normally in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, or if a specific part which we have installed fails due to defects in the material or workmanship, we will replace parts and perform labor related to the original repair free of charge.

 

The limited warranty additionally includes a 90 day guarantee on our diagnosis. If for any reason our diagnosis is incorrect, contact us within 90 days and we will revisit and rediagnose the appliance. 

 

The limited warranty excludes damage caused due to:

  • Service provided by any party other than Hale Appliance Services

  • Appliance installation by any party other than Hale Appliance Services

  • Presence of rodents, insect infestation, or other pests

  • Negligence or usage inconsistent with the manufacturer’s guidelines

  • Improper gas type supplied to appliance (e.g., supplying natural gas when the appliance is configured for LP gas)

  • Excessive use of detergent in washing machines

  • Improper electrical supply to appliance

  • Environment where appliance is installed

  • Foreign objects lodged in machine causing failure

 

Damage to the machine caused by any of the above will void the warranty.

 

Hale Appliance Services will not be liable for damages caused by the customer moving/transporting/loading the machine. Obvious damage from moving the machine will void this warranty. If found that the failure is due to operator negligence, our trip charge, labor, and parts rates will apply for repair.
